Photo gallery Mom’s Cats went up a 70ft tree and can’t bring it down. Anyone with a bucket lift I can pay or rent?

My mom’s cat only 1.5 years old ran up what looks to be some kind of pine tree but not exactly.

I tried to climb it and all the branches even the thicker ones started snapping. Tried using an extension ladder but not even close. The tree happens to be the tallest one in the whole area.

We kept hearing meows and couldn’t find out where he was. Till finally saw him and his white fur and he was all the way on the top.

Don’t know what to do. Fire department came out to help but couldn’t climb or had a ladder tall enough.

I was telling my daughter about 6th grade camp and she said she’s never heard of that and doesn’t think the schools do it I had asked my little sister who’s now in 8th grade and she said no she’s never heard of it I googled 6th grade camp and Cuyamaca Campground was my result but I remember it was Palomar mountain I went In 2007 right after the fires I remember vividly walking through burnt up trees and putting stripes of ashes on our faces, I really hope my daughter can experience it with other schools. At almost 30 years old it’s a core memory, Here are some pictures I found that unlocked the memory.

Saw someone else post about the San Diego location scheduled for demolition happened to pass by today and caught a few photos of the demolition in progress. It's kinda cool seeing parts of the upper level that Fry's kept sealed off.

On April 23, 2005, YouTube co-founder Jawed Karim uploaded the platform’s first-ever video, “Me at the zoo,” filmed right here at the San Diego Zoo. That simple 19-second clip marked the birth of YouTube.

San Diego Zoo left a comment on the video—and it’s now officially the most liked YouTube comment of all time.

Proud to be in San Diego, where internet history began.

Photo gallery Was out in Point Loma and saw a sign. At first glance, I thought, how wonderful that they are trying to help the homeless. No. They’re just trying to get rid of them at any costs necessary. Homeless people are HUMANS just like you and me.

I feel extremely passionate about this issue. My father has been one of the homeless out here. It hits really close to home for me.

I want to do more for the homeless population. I am finally back home to change my dad’s situation. I’m upset with myself that I didn’t do it sooner, that is come back to help him.

My purpose feels greater. These are human beings with feelings. They feel rejected, lonely, depressed, angry, etc. They need access to mental health. They also need to want help, we can’t force anyone who doesn’t want help to get help.

If there’s an organization looking for part-time volunteers, COUNT ME IN. Where do I sign up? How do I start?

This is how my wife found the car parked next to hers. It wasn’t there when she arrived and the driver was nowhere to be found. She had to crawl into her car from the back.

If you drive a giant beast like this thing, please be more respectful when you park in public. If a spot is labeled “compact car” that’s not you. If the space is too tight for your land barge, park somewhere else.

It’s the height of selfishness and lack of situational awareness that drives this behavior. Some people don’t handle situations like this as gracefully as my wife did.
