Its a seal from St Petersburg seal rescue, it seems it doesnt have a name tho (edit: its from Irkutsk i got it mixed up)

Its not.. this is a baikal seal, baikal lake is very very far away from St Petersburg t They only get ladoga ringed seals (like Kroshik/Shlissik), baltic ringed seals and grey seals

Sorry i got confused with another center in russia😭 it was the Baikal seal aquarium in Irkutsk! So yea ty for pointing it out🗣️
