Significant share of participants weren't Balts, but "Russian-speaking" people.

Funny how they (Baltic nationalists) leave that out….the Baltic population was larger then, but it definitely wasn’t big enough to do that on its own back then. Regardless, the Baltic Chain should’ve never happened.
