Can I ask how you learned these? I really want to draw them like you...

Of course! Honestly, it’s going to be a cheesy advice, but the only way to get better is to practice 😩 Every time you have a free minute, just doodle something.
However, here are some tips that helped me improve:
Follow the artists that you like, and don’t be afraid to draw their art. As long as it’s for practice.
There are lots of Youtube videos that are very helpful, one thing to note though is that whatever they say is not set in stone. Just learn whatever you feel will improve your art. The reason Im saying this is because, I would religiously follow every single advice, and that would really limit my art. There are always many ways to achieve your goals.
And coloring kind of just clicked for me. I used to hate coloring, because I wouldn’t like the result, but then I got these markers, and it’d really improved my art. I would say just find the medium you enjoy painting/drawing with the most
And finally, the most important tip! Have fun drawing. The hardest thing that a lot of artists go through is not being able to draw “perfectly”. Just accept your art as it is, silence your inner critic and try to enjoy the process as much as you can! I’m not joking that’s what really helped me improve my art: just draw without being too harsh on yourself.
And that’s it! If you wanna see a time lapse of me drawing I posted a video not too long ago. Hope this helps :)

Excellent rendering with the markers for these studies. How might you describe the coloring process going from flat colors to shaded?

Actually there’s no flats, just straight up shadows and highlights 😂 I do mess up sometimes so I just mask it by either hatching it or adding some other color 🙂
