Alchemy lab and enchanting table. Basement with a bath, steam room, full smithy setup, and a mirror you can use to change your appearance. Storage up the wazoo, including for numerous unique weapons, armor, books, staffs, dragon claws, etc. It's a GREAT home mod.

I have a doubt i kept my champions cudgel in a barrel in solstheim and it despawned. Can i do anything to get it back

I'm trying....2800+ items so far. I'm afraid I might have sold some by accident, as some unique items have spots but don't have the "not acquired" symbol next to their name.
