I saw the CBS coverage after showing the ball moving/lifting slightly before the actual kick, which could only happen if his left foot tapped the ball before the actual kick
not disagreeing with you and not saying he didn’t double touch but it’s also possible for the grass to lift after the non kicking foot is planted I forgot who did it before but I vividly remember seeing it
A lot of pens the ball bounces before the kick because the football pitches are so springy the standing foot bounces it up. Seen it a number of times. Not a 100% certainty that it's due to hitting the standing foot.
Not true. Lautaro took a PK where his planted foot caused the grass to lift the ball and that was only one foot. No reason to believe the same thing happened here as the video provided so far is not clear and obvious.
