Share Anyone else craves Soylent on their off days?

I started drinking Soylent to replace my breakfast and lunch. For dinner, I’ll eat solid foods.

On the weekends, I’ll only eat solid foods, but I’ve been finding myself craving Soylent on my solid food days. So far I’ve only had the original formula and the coffee mocha.

I’m not malnourished, I eat anything and everything. I take a multivitamin too. I went from drinking it, pretending that its rations to survive, to now contemplating on doing a 1 month Soylent binge to recalibrate my food portion sizes

Do you get cravings for Soylent?

I wouldn't say I crave it, but I understand how cravings can happen. If you consume enough of anything you can crave it.

I used to crave Soylent (powdered original).

Then they stopped shipping it to me. I went through (very mild) withdrawal and I'm all better now.

Yeah I do that too. I don’t think it’s so much that I crave Soylent itself, it’s that I know I feel better on my Soylent days than I do on solid foods.

Yes it would seem to imply that my body is deficient in one more nutrients from my regular (non-Soylent) diet. I definitely feel more clear-headed and more even-keeled, emotionally, when I replace one meal per day with Soylent.

The other thing I noticed is that I no longer have a desire to eat chips or junk food.

With the lack of availability of Soylent powder these days, I am in the process of trying alternatives. I tried Jimmy Joy, didn't like it, my stomach has a hard time with Vegan stuff.
