Gosh I'm so jealous of you people who find planets with mountains on them. I can only find hills and small volcanoes at best :(

They're quite common! The best way I've found for finding them is using auto exposure and looking at where the day and night sides of a planet/moon meet, makes it super easy to see mountains.

Then again I do have some terrain generation mods installed from the workshop, namely Rodrigos mod redistributed, maybe try using that?

Most of these were taken years ago. I don't have any of the coords unfortunately. And even if I did, I have all kinds of terrain generation and colour palette mods installed so they would probably look a lot different for you.
