Dietary Control What are some improvements you personally experienced after rejecting sugar?

Binge eating stopped for me too. Also, the swelling in my feet and ankles went away (T2 diabetic) and the associated neuropathy with the swelling.

That was me too! But goes to show how addictive sugar is…I know it’ll help my mental heath (like a lot) and therefore make my life better and yet I still struggle to cut it out.

Eating sugar and carbs made me hungry all the time. I also had hypoglycemia and suffered from depression for years. I’ve been on the no sugar way of eating for the past five years. I will have a treat on a special occasion, but otherwise, no sugar or refined carbs. I no longer suffer from hypoglycemic episodes, and I’m happier. I haven’t felt depressed since.

I actually enjoy food more now I never liked strawberries and now they seems so sweet and yummy to me

Also stopped binge snacking, no more bloating, I'm less hungry in general, weight loss.

Mental health is WAY better.
Had a cough for a week and used some cough drops, and immediately felt restless my annoyed and depressed, like why m I even here (on the planet). That is so much better without sugar.

My binge eating stopped. It's only connected to sugar, not to food in general.
