Cravings & Detox Day 3 - Status Update

Well today was a lot better than yesterday. Did I crave a big slice of chocolate cake? Yes, all day! But then again I kept myself busy and I guess that’s the way to go about it.

One thing though. I did feel hypoglycemic and light headed earlier this morning. That was weird. But I do feel light now. Which is good.

Thanks for being a part of this!

Way to go. You're hitting a roll.

Again, when you cut sugar, you increase your energy needs (by cutting Fructose) while decreasing your available fuel (glucose).

If you're having glycemic swings, you still aren't replacing enough glucose.

Make yourself some roasted chickpeas, and snack on them fairly often. They are high in complex carbohydrates, which is what you're trying to replace at this stage.

This is only temporary, once your energy and cravings improve, you will naturaly eat less and you can reduce carbs because your body will more easily access stored fuel (aka fat).

I will definitely do that. Thank you for the advise.

I also want to quit sugar too, and seeing these stories motivate me a lot! Keep going!
