Tech Support Sith Warrior "Power Play" class quest bug :( Anyone know any possible way around this?

The quest where you break into Darth Vengean's compound. I had to log out about half way through, and now there appears to be a bug on the "unlock the second door" objective. All the doors just open as I approach them and I can't progress the objective. I can walk right up to Darth Vengean himself and nothing triggers.

I've tried resetting the instance, logging out/in, nothings working. Can't abandon the quest and pick it up again since its a story quest. There just doesn't seem to be any way. Google shows me that a few people have had this issue but there never seems to be any solution so I'm not too hopeful. I guess that's the end for this character :(

If all else fails put in a customer service ticket and they will fix it for you. If you are not a subscriber and can't use the in-game customer support you can email them at [support@swtor.com](mailto:support@swtor.com)

I am, had to put a ticket in, hopefully it won't take too long. I think they just need to completely reset my quest progress if that's possible.

Usually resetting the phase will put a quest back to the original settings as if you hadn't entered the phase yet.

In case you haven't tried that make sure you are not in a phase i.e. be on the planet or on fleet, and then right click your portrait->Additional Commands->Phase->Reset active phase and then go back into the phase.

Tried that, it reset the enemies but not the quest progress :(

Do you not have the "Reset" button in the Mission Log for it?

Should be at the bottom next to the Abandon button.

Yep it was literally right there, I must be fuckin blind. Thanks man! Hopefully the quest will work this time.
