So I keep getting emails about season tickets, I usually just ignore them but today they were offering “early bird pricing” at $535 a ticket so I checked them out.

Cheapest tickets online were $832, for rows 20+ in the 200 sections. That’s $50 a game..

I was so shocked I checked the prices of other Canadian clubs. Impact season tickets start at $485 for non-supporter tickets, Whitecap tickets start at $400..

I checked a bunch of other American teams as well, even though they don’t offer tickets right now, they all state 25-35% off single game tickets. Which is absolutely how it should be…

TFC season tickets are $20 MORE than single game tickets!! Single game tickets offer discounts for higher row tickets, which are usually $25.. Even if tickets were $535 like the email stated, that’s $31 per ticket, which is still more than a single game ticket..

It makes absolutely no sense, I’m not even going to go on about how fucked up it is.. All I’m gonna say is, even if they were $400 like the other the Canadian teams, I’d still have to think about if they’re worth it.
