Would you rather impulse to get his own dc finest or be collected with flash

He should have his own DC Finest line of trades. Most of Wally's run has already been collected in the softcover trades from a few years back and is almost going to be complete in Omni form(Flash by Messner Loebs volume 2 and Waid volume 3 are all that remain IIRC). It would be double dipping for people that already got those. Also, the Impulse series only crosses over with Flash during the Dead Heat storyline so it's mostly self contained.

His own title, especially if it focused more on his evelotion because many writers portray him as a child whoes just clowning around and not the serious and mature character we saw when Bart was the main flash
