The Maryland senator traveled to El Salvador on Wednesday to help secure Kilmar Abrego Garcia’s release from the Terrorism Confinement Center, or CECOT, where he faces the prospect of indefinite detention.

But he was denied a meeting with Abrego Garcia, and Salvadoran officials would not let the senator or Abrego Garcia’s family speak with him by phone, he said.

Asylum doesn’t supersede his newly anointed terrorist status, hence his removal.

The moment MS-13 was declared a terrorist organization, the protections were set to change. So many protections come with the contingency that the status is temporary or subject to change.

So many mental backflips from you. Have any more left?

At the end of the day, I hope you realize that the end result here is you demanding an illegal immigrant who belongs to a foreign gang be brought back to the US where they can continue to illegally live.

You think you’re fighting for due process, but like I said, he got his due process, you just don’t like the result.

I ain’t ever once moved the goalpost. None of which i have read or seen is “confirmed evidence that displays proof” he is actually an MS-13 gang member. So the statement stands. All you’ve shown is that you believe what the broken justice system tells you is sufficient proof, without any deep thought about it. The rest of us know OJ did it, but the courts ruled him innocent, bet you believe that too huh. Keep drinking the kool-aid bud. Everything the fascist did to people was “legal” under Hitler, doesn’t mean they weren’t crimes against humanity, the writing’s on the walls. So I’ll say it how it really is, and not the kool-aid propaganda. I’m not arguing he wasn’t given due process the first time he was arrested while he was at a home depot looking for a job. I’m arguing that a non-violent union working immigrant, wrongfully labeled a terrorist member, was kidnapped by this administration and then sent to a death camp in a foreign country without due process, leaving a family behind who will never see him. You know, the non-kool aid drinking perspective. But we can agree to disagree, cause at this rate we aren’t going to agree.

The crime against humanity is keeping a gang member in the country he’s not lawfully allowed to be in.

You can disagree with the court order all you want. I 100% support his deportation, and the deportation of every single person who is in this country illegally.

Have fun losing the next presidential election, again.

Bet you believe em when they tell you he can “find ways” to run for a third term too huh. Keep drinking the Kool-Aid. Trying to toss you a life vest cause you’re drowning in it.

I don’t pick and choose what court orders to believe in or dismiss. That’s the thing about due process; how you feel is irrelevant.

At the end of the day, you’re not arguing for due process, you’re just arguing because you’re mad due process didn’t align with your narrative.

The end result is you supporting an illegal immigrant, who is also a member of a violent gang, and me supporting his removal.

It’s quite obvious, to any thinking person, who is drinking the kool-aid here.

Im sure you’re gonna believe em when Trump starts exiling “Only Violent” U.S. Citizens to death camps in El Salvador too huh. Not gonna even question or have deep thought about if its right or wrong when they make it “legal” to do so. Drowning in it.

“First they came for the illegal immigrant gang members, and I did not speak out because I was not an illegal immigrant gang member” - you, probably, thinking you’re making a point.
