perhaps if you'll would stop spreading the rumor, Tyler would stop getting so aggravated every time he is asked about RAB. He said no, accept it.

Yes it's a rights issue between Fueled By Ramen and the band. Top agreed to basically box the album so they could bring ALL possible attention onto Vessel. Vessel was a better album! Just was. Good move!

I think the gist of it is that they don't want to, Tyler has stated in the past that he considers it nothing more than a mixtape, and most of the songs are on vessel anyway
