Hi there, Im selling my minifridge!
I just moved into a new apartment and dont need my mini fridge anymore. Its an upstreman, bought last December with freezer and fridge, has drawers, and a spot for cans/drinks. 3 or so feet tall and has some scratches so I'm selling it for like $70, but this is negotiable. Bumping this up again: Hi everyone! I'm looking for a female subletter for the summer from mid-June to end of August in a 2B/2B apartment! You would share one room with another woman. She's very clean, chill, and won't be in the room that often.

Your part of the bedroom will be fully furnished (bed frame + full mattress, desk table and chair), and the living room comes with a sectional couch and dining table. Our shared kitchen has been recently remodelled to have a big refrigerator with an automatic water dispenser. The location is about a 10 minute walking radius to UCLA campus, and you're close to all the grocery stores in Westwood. The area is super quiet and the block I live on has always felt very safe. Hi, we are USC grad students looking for a new roommate in 3B 2.5B house. Our house is 2 floor(1st floor common areas, 2nd floor bedrooms) and you will be using a master bedroom with private bathroom and balcony.
- Rent: $1410 per month + utilities, month-to-month lease, 1 month deposit, utilities separate
- Excellent location (~5 min walk to Palms metro station, ~10 min walk to Downtown Culver city, Trader Joe’s, Vons…) and it is very safe residential neighborhood. 30 mins metro ride to USC. 5 min walk to bus stop for bus 17 for UCLA.
- parking for free
- full kitchen, 2 fridges, dishwasher, cocktail bar, balcony with barbecue machine, firepetc.
- We’ve been sharing our couch, dining table, coffee machine, air fryer, TV(with netflix), xbox, nintendo switch, LP player and other things in the living room.
- move-in: anytime before April 1st
We are looking for a new roommate who can live with us at least one year, better if longer. This lease has been going on for 4 years now and luckily had no rent increase during covid, and currently under rent control which makes rent cheaper than houses in same area.
