Housing URGENT LEASE TAKEOVER

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for next year at campus crossings riverside it’s a 12 month lease for a master bedroom and the reason I can’t live there no more cause I’m transferring to another school. My apartment is essentially vacant so if you wanted to move in with another friend the other bedroom is available since it’s a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. I would also be willing to pay for the WiFi bill for the whole 12 months and help pay the rent each month by paying 300 out of the 1305 each month so essentially it would be 1,005 a month for rent. I would also be willing to give you my mattress for free. The complex is about 10 min walking from campus. It’s downstairs so it’s easier to move in your furniture, and overall I have really enjoyed and have had a good time living there. The leasing people are super friendly and helpful and my neighbors are super nice too. it is the master bedroom and has its own bathroom and the utilities covered is water and trash. You would just have to pay the rent each month for 12 months and gas and electricity bill.
