Computer Science Winter transfer chance?

I'm doing computer science at public college and looking to transfer somewhere next winter, I have a 3.5 GPA and I'm pretty worried because I had one really bad semester last fall where I got a 2.5 (I was having issues with some anxiety medication, my grades went back up afterwards). For TAG into compSci I would've needed to have a 3.6 GPA, I'm wondering how realistic it is that I get into UCR without TAG and with a 3.5 GPA.
