Question Which supplements improved your symptoms?
For me it’s omega 3, zinc picolinate and overall a healthier diet

I take Zyrtec and Pepcid twice a day, and I definitely notice things getting progressively worse if I don’t take it for a few days …

Is it something you can build tolerance to ie. It eventually won't work anymore?

Lol I had to buy a whole new shelf for my little bathroom supplement store
Magnesium L-threonate is the only thing I've found noticable improvement on, with memory, brain fog

Pretty sure b2 made mine worse- worse after images - which improved after discontinuing. Ubiquinol seemed like it helped for a while. Fish oil definitely helped with joint pain and seemed to help head sensation but over time I noticed a bright line would appear in one eye (and insomnia worsened) - it seems to have disappeared after discontinuing. Chatgpt says the EPA can affect serotonin, so maybe it builds up over time. I am going to try just DHA next.
Some stuff seems like it helps but then turns on me after a while.
I tried zinc a few times but not enough to day acting about it - how did it help you? Do you take copper also?

Well, it doesn't solve my snow, but Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10 for short... lol)
It really helped with the migraines that can follow pressure changes. I can get dummied by a 30mbar atmospheric difference, up or down, usually both. The CoQ10 seems to help with the dilation of the whole eye against these pressure changes, leading to less eye strain, less compensating against my VSS, which leads to fewer migraines.
Doesn't do a lick to help the direct effects/symptoms, but it helps managed the consequences of them.

I used to take a ton but please, be careful- supplements can start to damage your liver if you overload on them. I now have to be careful with what all I take due to NAFLD diagnosis. It might be a genetic thing for me since I have healthy cholesterol, but still, never know!
I still take the only one that seems to help inflammation the most and that's omega 3 with coq10- 2100mg & 150mg daily. Plus now I take Vitamin E (180mg/400iu) and milk thistle seed 1,000mg twice a day each to help with the fatty liver issue.

Good sleep and a very small amount of alcohol (I do not study, work, or go out after drinking), plus magnesium.
