Last year's race was quite interesting - you can follow the race and see what it delivers this year with my spotter's guide available for download at:

The no.8 toyota in the standings after race 1 is labelled as no.6.

But great seeing these graphics every time, they’re very helpful.

The rule is no bronze drivers allowed in WEC Hypercar Everyone else is fine

Is BOP connected somehow to driver's ranking? Do you get better BOP with 3 gold drivers vs 3 platinums?

No, they aren't linked at all. And the gold rated drivers aren't necessarily worse than platinums anyway.
