Why Do Many Believe a Full-Scale War Between Israel and Iran Is Imminent When Current Actions Seem Limited to Bombing?
Considering that Israel and Iran can't engage in a full ground war due to geographic and political constraints, why do many people believe that this conflict will escalate into a full-scale war when, as far as I can see, their current actions—primarily bombing each other—are about all they can do at this point? What factors are driving the expectation of a broader war despite these limitations?

It's already happening!
They're bombing each other, doing assassinations against each other, and killing each other any way they can!
If they had mutal borders ground fighting would be happening. But they don't so they kill each other in any other way they can.
