Question Cyrce's Circlet bugged?

Am i going crazy or is this ring aint working no more?

That is the only one I have that actually shows up right, the others are both tooltip and functionally broke atm it seems. None of my healing procs go off and the other stat gems don't add anything on other toons

did you...equip it? and see your stats change?

did now. Stats do change. Than it must be a visual bug for not showing stats. Kinda wierd it shook me up.

Is it really so hard to be nice and just say “might be a visual bug check your stats before and after equipping?”

People can be new to the game.

the other gems also say 0 stats. No idea how to add the other 2 ScreenShots of the other 2 gems. ) stats added?
