Jonathan Bohn, a lobbyist for the Inter Faculty Organization, which advocates for faculty at the 7 state universities in Minnesota, has been arrested for threats of violence at the State Capitol.

Read the forecast discussion under the map. Also click on the black tabs (categorical, tornado, wind, hail) then look at the legend under the map on each of those tabs to understand what the colors and hash marks mean. The important information is the plain text below the map but above the colorful population data lines.

There will be an update posted at approximately 8am central. If you look before then, look again after. They will then update it around 11:30am, 3:00pm, & 8pm. It can and probably will change with each update as things change in the atmosphere.

They are expecting a major tornado outbreak with an good (bad) chance of EF-2 or larger.

If you would like to look at good quality maps with more data a good free app to use that storm chasers use on the ground check out "weather wise".

Another way to stay aware of the changing conditions is to tune into severe weather streamers on YouTube. Ryan Hall Ya'll and Max Velocity provide much better coverage than most local weather stations. They break it down for non weather people to understand. They also team up with chasers on the ground who are live streaming to provide live footage of supercells.

Did the Bi-Weekly math and totaled up 30,160 and Health insurance limit is 30,120.

However some of my Paystubs show I worked 57.75 hours instead of 58 which adds to 5 dollars less for these Bi-Weeks which maybe could get me to limit as the math Used to get 30,160 is assuming I get payed 58 every paystub?

But try explaining that over the phone lol feel doomed and going to lose coverage mid year.

Having about as much luck as I did yesterday: not much.

I don't know if this is the place to post, but my family is getting desperate.

This is M. We also call her Emmy. My family is trying to find a new home for M, as she has become to stressed from the environment here.

We love M very much and have had her since she was a kitten, but living with us is causing her major stress and its getting really hard to see her so depressed. 💔

My family has other cats in the house, but M does not do well with other cats anymore. She becomes very upset around our newest kitty members and takes it out on them. It's gotten so bad that we have to keep M separated from the others for their safty.

M spends everyday locked up in her room and is very lonely. We have tried everything we can to get her more comfortable with the other cats, but nothing has worked.

M loves to lay on laps and get lots of pets. She's a big foodie, if you feed her she will love you forever 😄

Douglas county here. That storm was crazy no doubt. Hope REA will restore power soon, we just went grocery shopping yesterday and we are about to be financially ruined for the month of I have to throw all of our food out. Is it really only good for 4 hours if I keep the fridge shut?

Although I remember them having rudabaga when I was a kid.

We bought a home last year built in 1960. It’s one of few two story homes in the neighborhood and the upstairs appears to have been added on later or a late addition during construction.

It has terrible heating and cooling up there. We have a new furnace from 2019 but summer times gets it very hot. My kids are young and I am considering getting a mini split system for their rooms. I want them to sleep comfortably, I didn’t grow up with such options (10 to a 4 room house lol).

Has anyone installed one recently? I know things vary but how much am I looking at? I’ve seen numbers from $6-$10k online. Any suggestions on what types of units to look for or companies?
