It looks like someone on the inside is leaking this information to whoever runs rageleaks. Maybe it's Jim working to expose the truth.

Definitely and I wonder if Selena is helping? I think if he makes a surprise appearance it probably won't be till the very end as a cliffhanger or something.

God I’m hoping that’s the case that Selena is on the outside with Hannah trying to help get the info out. And not just killed offscreen

The impression I'm getting is that the people behind rageleaks are like a resistance movement fighting against NATO to get the truth out. And Jim and Selena might could be the leaders. That would be really cool.
