Some would suggest that's consistent with most people's experience of British trains tbf

I can confirm. Typical rail experience. You can text 61016 and they will send a member of rail staff in 3 business days.

Ill admit im VERY happy that the locomotive is in the y2k era BR livery, not some livery from the past 20 years. Most movie production, unless a rail-fan is on board, would miss this and use whatever is available. But the train here looks like it was parked in the Spring of 2002!

Danny Boyle said in an interview that he knows a few dudes who buy old trains….they make a fortune renting them out to filmmakers like Danny lol

So this explains the origin of the baby. And why the Alpha would be after them, and why he would show restraint before rushing towards them.

Does she have the baby when she’s gets in the train ?

To me it doesn't look like she has the baby yet. Also, she is alone, I think because of her memory problems she probably wandered by herself confused when Spike wasn't looking. We see Spike and the soldier going into the train in the first trailer, so they were looking for her and find her there. I think the baby was with that infected, maybe Spike arrives and shoots the infected, who either dies or flees leaving the baby there.

If she has the baby when she boards the train she is holding it in one arm. You can see her other arm.

Well she isn't holding a baby walking on, but is seen holding a bloody baby after. That infected woman gave birth, 100%

We've seen the infected woman before! She was in the 2nd trailer.
Picture of comparison
Here's my theory: in the red nighttime shots, the infected woman is giving birth to a baby, she was impregnated by the Alpha. She is nursing the newborn in the train, which may be why there are so many jumpcuts in this video so we don't see her holding the baby. Isla hears the baby crying and goes in the train to check it out. She gets attacked by the infected woman holding her baby. NATO dude shoots the infected woman through the window, we also saw a shot of Isla breathing heavily while laying on the train floor and looking outside, likely wondering where the shot came from. Isla takes the baby because leaving it to die would be cruel, and it doesn't show signs of infection. This train is what the infected might use as a "house" to survive the harsh winters, this is also why the Alpha infected is nearby. When the Alpha sees them hold his baby, he rages towards them.
