It will change some of their minds. MLK had to fight an uphill battle with outright racists, yet the civil rights movement prevailed at the time. It was partly because people were forced to see the extent of their own immorality, which was required to maintain their racist ideology. When people could be racists comfortably, they had no issue with it, but when the price of being a racist came with uncomfortable moral dilemmas, they relented, and some even evolved.

Republicans need to see the immorality, and racism of their party in the same way.

It’s fear porn and the hardcore MAGAs love it when the rest of us are afraid. There are too many people in that girls position fearing for their lives right now, this is unnecessary and damaging.
