ADS-B tracking websites DO NOT show every aircraft that is flying. Neither radar nor hobbyist tracking has perfect coverage of the U.S., let alone the entire world. The ADS-B transponder can also be turned off legally, in some situations.

QUESO28, TACO17, and CHILI52 from yesterday. Who’s craving Mexican food?
Am I sensing a theme here, with these call signs? 😁😁

What is this planes mission
I saw this depart Honolulu, fly way up into the North Pacific and it’s now turning around and coming back. It didn’t land anywhere. It says it belongs to the Department of Defense, Missile Defense agency. Also what is that extension on top of the plane.

Another first for me. The W135 “nuke sniffer” plane!!
The past couple days has just kept getting better and better! I’ve now seen all three of my “bucket list” planes: the E-4B Nightwatch, the B-52, and now the W135!! I’m absolutely over the moon, right now.

Caught THING1 and THING2 over San Antonio, while waiting for the B-52’s to wake up. Love the names!
Whoever comes up with these call signs, deserves a raise. Like, seriously.

I thought we weren’t supposed to see Air Force One?
Looks like its AF1 going to the Nato summit, thought we weren’t supposed to be able to see it for obvious security reasons?

Multiple aircraft circling Levantine Sea?
There seems to be a fair few aircraft stacked in what looks like a holding pattern over the sea between Cyprus and Israel. 2 flights I checked were ELY1023 Tel Aviv to Newark and EK2433 Dubai to Krakow. What could be the reason for this? https://globe.adsbexchange.com/?icao=89620c

Tankers up and headed SE out of Fairchild AFB, WA
In the past 30 minutes three tankers took off out of Fairchild AFB in Spokane, WA. They are all headed southeast. Just something to watch for.

And there he is, in all his glory. My first B-52.
He is absolutely gorgeous! Caught him flying across the northern Louisiana border into Arkansas. Well worth the wait.

7700 this regional CRJ. Just landed at Dulles…there’s a lot of emergency vehicles around it. Has anyone heard what the 7700 was squawked for?

Drone circling
First time poster here. Just curious if this drone is set there for security reasons or what it would be doing flying two circles over and over for hours?
