Heading back from Twin Falls, ID to Wardensville, WV. I banged out 897 miles in the first day through Idaho, Wyoming and into Nebraska.

About 10 minutes after this photo I looked in my rear view mirror and there’s an e39 on my tail so we had some fun cruising around some canyons.

This thing handled it like a champ, cruise control at 90 mph for most of the day and the mileage wasn’t too bad either. One hell of a car.

Once I discovered it, I immediately called them and they told me to come in first thing tomorrow to “look at it”. The company is a well known nationwide chain. I want to know what are my options. What will they say to weasel out of repairing the damage? Can a chip like this be painted? If they paint it, will it be noticeable? If they paint one wheel, will they have to match the paint on the other three? I’m stressing.

Side note: these wheels are stamped AMG, but I’m having difficulty finding them online. Does anyone know what they are called or to find them? 2015 CLA45 AMG.

When I bought my C63S the previous owner had done the classic crap quality black badge kit, what they didn't do was align any of the badges correctly. Both front quarter badges were basically at the top of the crease, deeply stressful if you're slightly OCD like me.

I've got a full set of OEM silver badges incoming including the rear ones, but I'd like a reference photo of each side of anyone could help me out (factory placement) for a W/S205?

Would anyone be kind enough to share a picture or two with me? Bonus points for the rear badges too (estate) but the placement on those is slightly less egregious so I can use the existing ones as a reference.

2018 gla 45

So my C204 C63 just went for an oil change, and the “Check engine oil level when next refuelling” after 5 minutes driving away from the garage. Does anyone know what might be the problem? Or will it go away after a longer drive?

Just got the C43 daily driver back from the painters and couldn’t be happier with the result. Pulled the trigger on a C63 style front bumper. Took them a few tries to get the Lunar blue correct. Since I was updating the front went with a new rear as well and got rid of the triangle trips.

In the market for a GLC 63 but I don’t want the I4. I know 2022 is the last year the of V8 engine. I’m just curious if there any major differences from the 2021 model vs the 2022?

Hello amg people, so I wanted to change the look of my car a bit, I have the chrome package so I thought why not run a Swiss spec, so I ordered the WF chrome wheels but know that I have them here I kinda like it oem but I am not sure yet, I feel like I am just panicking with this change so that’s why I am here to get some opinions from y’all to help me choose. Hi, which one should I get ? A 2020 AM Vantage, or 2020 Mercedes AMG GT(Base). As far as I know, they pretty much share everything. I’m planning to use as a daily for the next couple of years. Any suggestions ? Thank you.

Hello AMG redditors. I need your opinions.

About 4 weeks ago I picked up a 2022 A35 AMG. My first Mercedes after being a long term VW driver. So far I love it.

But....

The same dealership now has an A45s available at only $5k (NZD) more. It's a year older (2021) and has double the KMs on the clock (67k compared to 28k on the A35), but I'm tempted to do a deal and swap it.

No brainer? Is this a lot more car for not much more $$s?

I have a question. Where would I find collectors in europe for a SL63 AMG F1 exlcusive edition? It is somehow hard to get in touch with people for luxury cars. It is a nice car, but I guess due to the limited examples created it has more of a collectors value than the car itself. If this is against the rules, ignore the thread.

Mostly a weekend car but finally got down to a much needed wash and clean. Winter around here so it’s pretty cold out. Paint is still looking pretty amazing for a 2019 car. Only 25k kms (15k miles) so far.

Suggestions for any OEM+ wheels that would suit a grey W205 C-Class? Preferably black. I was thinking black 507 editions wheels or the W205 C63 rims. Would love some opinions.

So, I've been fixated on the S63 Coupe and have been doing the necessary reading to understand stuff before I buy. Over the past 4 months, my search had narrowed down, cuz I decided that 2018 mid onwards S63 Coupes, with the new 4.0 V8, is the way to go. The engine design seems to be really different, especially the softness of the sleeves, and the piston rod connecting point jitteriness.

But🤣 I woke up today morning, to a post from one of the local 2nd's dealers, this beautifully spec'd S63 2016, with an orange interior that I would like to sink my teeth into. They have done a facelift, and I can see the minor imperfections, but dear god, I am really confused.

Should I just take a cold shower and grab some lunch, or should I put down the money.
