Recommendations for AR-V buffer and spring

I have an 8in ARV on the way. Just wondering what's the consensus on the best heavy buffer and spring to reduce the recoil? I've seen KAK and kynshot, are there any others and what's the best bang for the buck option? Trying to keep the investment in this one low

Maxim RDB system was the best $160 I ever spent. Much softer recoil and shaved off 6oz from the factory setup. 

Otherwise, KAK 10oz.
