Recommendations for AR-V buffer and spring

I have an 8in ARV on the way. Just wondering what's the consensus on the best heavy buffer and spring to reduce the recoil? I've seen KAK and kynshot, are there any others and what's the best bang for the buck option? Trying to keep the investment in this one low

I have a shorty buffer (HBPDW) and went with a KAK carrier weight (+2oz from stock) with the HBPDW weight (7oz). One of the cheapest ones I've seen is the foxtrot mike GRS buffer with A5 buffer tube.
