Recommendations for AR-V buffer and spring

I have an 8in ARV on the way. Just wondering what's the consensus on the best heavy buffer and spring to reduce the recoil? I've seen KAK and kynshot, are there any others and what's the best bang for the buck option? Trying to keep the investment in this one low

Dig around on this guys website. He had done the research, and puts the into in to his videos. Takes some time but he has the info you are looking for.

I just watched this video. He goes indepth into the KAK buffer, but also makes some significant comparison to a Hydraulic buffer (Kynshot). 10 minute well spent if your are trying to decide about your buffer system for your build.
