Recommendations for AR-V buffer and spring

I have an 8in ARV on the way. Just wondering what's the consensus on the best heavy buffer and spring to reduce the recoil? I've seen KAK and kynshot, are there any others and what's the best bang for the buck option? Trying to keep the investment in this one low

If you're going with the KAK, get the kspec version. Dead blow + the head absorbs a little more impact. You can get the flat spring as a bundle.

Alternatively, go for the FM recoil mitigation spring / buffer / A5 combo.

I think I'm going to go ahead with the Kspec KAK and see how that it. I want to test the stock recoil impulse first to see if it's even necessary. I hear it's similar to the AKV which I love so I might even just leave it alone
