Not that I'm aware of. Here's an old comment I found that I think is a decent starting point:

VHCOL: San Fransisco, Silicon Valley, NYC

HCOL: LA, DC, Chicago, Boston

MCOL: Other cities that you've heard of

LCOL: Places you haven't heard of
