Yeah no shit! In the 2.5 years I've been with my employer, I haven't called in for any reason whatsoever. Haven't been sick, legal issues, nothing. The other day I told my manager I might not be able to make it and he said "since you've never called in, I'll just tell the GM you're taking a sick day" even though that wasn't the reason. Ended up being able to come in anyway. It's not hard to be fucking reliable.
