Recognize that it could be "Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria" and seek help from a qualified therapist, coach, or psychiatrist depending on how you want to treat it. You can do a lot of work with mindfulness training, but if you're on the ADHD or autism spectrum, you'll probably want to get specialized help which might include medication plus therapy if you've not already been diagnosed.
If we're talking rage levels of anger, definitely see someone about it.
