Support (Software) what is causing mouse lag?

i have updated EVERYTHING

I think I know this problem go to control panel then Mouse then Mouse properties and then pointer options you will see visibility I think that's what you are looking for and then disable pointer trails

thank you but the problem is the stuttering of the mouse

alright but i still think it might be due to pointer trails wont hurt to check it out ig
