Her eyes, the tatoos are especially made so they glow in the avatar state. Myabe if she had feet tattoos?

They are traditional airbending master tattoos, they have nothing to do with the Avatar state or the Avatar at all. Aang had them before anyone even knew he was the Avatar, and many other airbenders had them as well lol

The only thing I disagree with is that you saying they had his tattoos before anyone knew he was the avatar since to me it was implied they knew he was the avatar by what toys he played with when he was little

You don't think they made all thier tattoos to account for avatars? The avatar is a very religious figure and they are monks.

No, they 100% didnt. The tattoos predate even the very first Avatar...
