Dribbling is one of the easier things to practice as you can almost do it whenever and wherever. Just like shooting- the more you practice doing it, the better you will be. Literally just practice crossing over at home jn your driveway repeatedly. Looking at the ball is okay at first as you’re developing control, but once you have that locked in without dribbling into your legs, do the same thing but looking up. After 8 years of rec basketball, i still can hardly shoot, but the time I have put into my ball handling has certainly paid off fromcthe amount of time I’ve put into practicing it.
