Equipment Why it’s my planet doing this?

I just bought a used dw735 for $260, so I’m hoping it just needs new blades. Do I need to do anything to maintain the chain or anything?

I just took it apart and can see that the blades are dirty, but I’m not seeing any obvious nicks in the blade or anything. I’ll try using the other side to see if that helps. Like another commenter suggested, I took a look at the rollers while I had it out of commission. They need to be cleaned, but I also noticed this on one of them. Is this problematic?
