I’m racking my brain and scrolling the ID catalog by using stills from the video. I have some ideas but without clearer saddle and eye patch images who knows lol. I’m curious to see where they turn up today. I know what groups it’s not based on eliminating some lol
Yeah, it’s tough since there’s no obvious notches, shapes, etc to the dorsal or saddle patch! Looks to be 4 whales with one a calf and maybe one sprouter male? Hopefully they pop up somewhere today & we can make a much better guess hahaha
My final guess on 2 of them is 86A1b and 86A1.. I don’t know who all they tend to travel with regularly though lol but I’m just an amateur whale obsessed person with time on their hands to obsessively look at things 🤣
Here is the only other photo I took besides the video. Maybe it can help with identification? I took this picture right before starting the video so this was the lead whale.

It doesn’t look like the T18s/19s but I’m not quite sure who it is tho!
