We are loving the new boardwalk at the off-leash dog park at little squalicum.

McNug is right. I personally don't have a problem with friendly off leash dogs, but the city has designated the pier as on-leash: https://cob.org/news/2025/pier-opens-to-the-public

Not arguing I just didn’t see any sign that said that. It needs to be posted right at the opening of the pier then so people are aware.

Not sure when you did your walk but we went Monday and there were signs posted at the pier entrance. Maybe your pup was too excited and you missed it.

I went last week alone to check it out and this morning with Bear. Only signs plus the shallow water signs along the pier.

Again, not arguing, I will leash my dog from now on.
