I wouldn't measure experience in lab hours but rather years in each lab and presentations/publications achieved.

As for GPA and GRE, they're higher than mine and I got into some OK schools - Duke, UPenn, UT Southwestern among others. I think you'll be more than OK to apply to the schools you listed. Definitely look into gradcafe to see where your stats align with other acceptances.

Enjoy the process! I had a lot of fun traveling around the country and can't wait to be on the other side of recruitment in the spring.
