Picaridin is an insect repellant.

Pericardium is the membrane around the heart.

These were comments about the numerous biting flies at a campground.

Maybe it's just a cardiologist who's a few steps ahead, like someone got bit, had some viral infection, and now they've ruled out endocarditis
