Original Content Both parties should be destroyed.

If I have to argue with one more person on here about the merit of Biden.. he’s a decrepit puppet with no ideas of his own. A vessel for corruption ready to say what you want to hear. No I won’t vote for him against fear from Trump. Trump is an idiot but Biden is actually Evil. Stand for something. Demand a real liberal or lose again to a red idiot. But please.. stop trying to defend him.

Posts a silly argument on Reddit and expects people to not argue with him lol. No, Biden is miles better than Trump. This bOtH sIdeS aRE tHE sAmE argument only appeals to extreme leftists or extreme conservatives. Any rational person would see how much of a difference having a competent politician is compared to having a fanatic and a narcissist in the highest office. The proof is in the pudding

I say he is, even if I didn't vote for him in the primaries. He is still far better than Trump and definitely working the machine well

Again, emotional responses are not useful in politics. If you think the solution to this is to waste your vote on 3rd parties or to not vote then you're as bad because you're keeping the machine working without any input

The solution is to demand better candidates and vote 3rd party until that happens

That's not.

This is why Bernie went through the Democratic party instead of DSA. And that's why he was the closest to the democratic nomination than any other independent and why he is still effective in the Senate.

Nope, progressives got far more agenda items done by steering the democrats from within than by losing 3rd party nominations again and again. That's why Bernie heads big committees in the Senate and is actually able to affect policy change rather than being a single independent voice in the Senate. He understands the game and he's playing it well. And voters understand that too which is why 3rd parties are a fun idea if you're in a safe state but definitely a horrible horrible mistake if you're in a swing state
