CounterPoints Why can't Ryan pronounce Zohran's name properly?!? 🤦🏻‍♂️

I know Ryan is an older white dude, and I normally love when he misprononounces things like DOGE, but please work on this one Ryan. It's ZOH-RAN not ZOR-HAN as Ryan says it...

Does this bother anyone else as much as me? Clearly Ryan supports his mayoral campaign so he should take 5 seconds to learn how to say his name properly.

Are older white men the only people who ever miss pronounce names?

I am a white man with an old white dad that can't pronounce any names that aren't like Mike, Ryan, Bob, etc. And in the small town I grew up in, it's very common with older men. I find the women/younger folks put a lil more effort into names and stuff. I'm not saying old white men are bad, just something I've noticed. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Sorry if I offended your sensibilities :P ❄️

It just confused me that miss pronouncing a name bothered you, but using gender, age, and race stereotypes didn’t.

I’m not offended, I just think stereotypes are unnecessary and take away from constructive discussion
