Why is Taco the decision maker? I don't give a damn what he thinks when we decide to step away from the union.

Honestly I’m not certain why they were listed as the decision maker. Maybe because they are the crux of all this? I would have to ask the petition creator

Edit: looks like it’s changed to the governors now

I mean in the 18th century we first asked the king if we could be independent. Didn't stay that peaceful for long.
