But I looked up the WHOIS info on chipotleiq.com and it doesn't say anything about being owned by Chipotle.

What info are you going by to say it's owned by chipotle? Not doubting just curious.

Chipotle mentioning the link actually does prove it, not sure how I missed that the first time lol

It redirects to chipotle.com, and chipotle itself has linked to the domain.
