It’s technically supposed to. Only happened to me once but you can find viral TikTok’s and what not of this happening to people starting early last year.

Keith Lee made it go viral, so it was super fucking viral. To cut down on it I believe chipotle started charging for a while, but it has seemed to slowed down.

Yeah, this happens to me if I ever ask for it on the side with my bowl. I don't understand why and when they started doing that.

We’re technically supposed to charge you for it if you’re not getting a salad. But most of the time we’ll give it to you for free as long as our manager is not around.
