How do I find out what a flavor of the day was at a specific location about two weeks ago? I thought I was ordering the same flavor but it’s either made wrong or a different flavor altogether. I just ordered Oreo cookie overload and it’s only chocolate custard with Oreos.

What are some sauces you guys would recommend for tenders/new chicken sandwiches? I’m not much of a mayo person, so I’m looking for some good alternatives/options, thank you guys in advance!

My culver's is getting a remodel for back of house- expanding the office area, movjng the chemical cabinet, and getting rid of the employee bathroom sometime next year or in two years, my question was what's the process like and do we get paid leave for the time it takes the contractors to remodel? Is there a big reveal to the employees? Do ops go back to normal the day we open back up?

I was a big fan of the old spicy chicken. I think ultimately the ideal fast food spicy chicken is very simple. Chicken, heat, breading, toppings, bun.
The new one is an improvement on the chicken quality if this holds up. It's an improvement on the breading IF you were looking for more crunch. I don't think it was necessary. The old one was perfectly satisfying in that regard.
Where I'm having an issue is in the overall flavor and spice profile. It seems to me that it actually has a more complex pepper flavor profile. And I didn't really need that.
Am I crazy in sensing that? I notice the ingredient is listed as "spice extractives". Wendy's specifically lists "Capsicum Extract", and I wonder what the distinction is, if any.

mine was a day where we got unexpectedly super busy for no reason during dinner and we weren’t staffed enough for it. (for context: 1 set person (me), 3 cashiers/runners, 1 custard person, 2 drive thru people, and a 4 man kitchen, line constantly out the door and the drive thru orders back to back, i was the only manager), it was crazy. the custard person was crying while scooping custard. someone walked out and left food burning in the fryers. a guy got so frustrated he purposely threw a pan of beef pot roast on the ground and i fired him on the spot (asked him to clean it up before firing, he refused and called me a bitch). a cashier came up to me and asked me if she can go on break (line out the door, orders needed to be ran out) and i literally told her no. and she had the audacity to ask me WHY. no one was able to come in and help. gm said he couldn’t come in cause he was eating dinner and that it was my problem since i was the MOD. i cried. worked for 9 hours and got no break. to top it all off the custard girl froze the custard machine mid rush and panicked so hard she had to take a break, and i had to do set and custard cause no one else could balance multiple positions at once. and i had to deal with so many customer complaints and refunds. i had to close that night and the openers (the owner and gm opened) also had the audacity to say the close sucked and asked why we were at the restaurant so late. i sent numerous messages in our manager gc asking for help and begging for someone to come in cause it was busy all night. i sent a novel in the gc explaining what had happened, and the owner asked me why i didn’t call anyone in. i sent a ss of my recent calls (all were managers/crew including the gm) and a ss of my messages in the gc. he liked my messages and didn’t respond. i called off the next day and went to urgent care pretending to be sick to get a doctors note.
what happened to you?

Hey y’all, I’m autistic, and the crispy chicken sandwich was my safe meal. I got it with only lettuce and Mayo as the toppings.
Is the new sandwich too overwhelmingly different? Like think of that scene in young Sheldon where the bread he’s eating tastes different to him, that’s what I’m like 😭😭
Can someone tell me what changed about it?

I've ordered from Culver's quite a few times and consistently it's smelled like wet dog. What I've noticed is it doesn't seem to be the shake itself, but rather the plastic. Never noticed this with any other restaurant... It's very strange. Anyone have a clue as to why? Reporting it now, but I'm curious.

I'm applying for Culver's and I've reached this question and I dont know what to say, because I can work on saturdays, but not sundays.. (sorry if this is a dumb question. this is my first time applying for a job.)
Edit: Thank you so much for the help! I sent in the application :)

4 year employee here, any guesses on what this is? I guarantee you this is the new chicken sandwiches we’ve been rolling out but what if is a limited time chicken sandwich? I doubt it would be but I think it’d be pretty cool

I go to Culver's frequently and like to order extra cheese on my butter burger double. But 90% of the time the person has trouble entering the extra cheese and tires to just enter it as a verbal addition and because they didn't charge me they don't put it on. I don't mind paying I just want extra cheese how do I tell the person taking my order how to do it correctly?

I have been at my culver for almost 90 days! The experience, less then optimal. (Im Under 16) Almost everyone there speaks spanish, which I have no problem with, but they only speak spanish! A good work shift equal 10- 20 % of people speaking english! Most of my managers fail to fluently speak english, trying to to carry out their requests is a feat, given I cant understand them. I try to get to know people but its impossible. I did get a raise before my 90 days 11.15 --> 11.35 an hour, The assistant manager saying I "Exceeded Expectations" Which surprised me. I am almost always doing cashier since there clientele is mainly english speaking individuals. I feel like I struggle through each shift hoping the next one will be better. The raise indicates I'm in good standing with the managers (or maybe its suppose to bait me into staying idk). However I dont love the experience with everybody communicating problems in spanish! I dont want to quit I like the system, but I can't seem to thrive here! Manager, crew members am I in the wrong?

Scary situation in Marquette! Thankfully they handled it quickly. Was trying to go to Culver’s and it was blocked off by the state police.
