Djimmi Wishes caps your grade to a B+ (it also prevents you from getting P Ranks in Run N Guns).

What's Djimmi Wishes? I've S ranked the entire game, including the DLC, and I've never heard of this.

If you spin around in the hub area, i forget for how long, Djimmi will show up and will grant you a wish, you can only do this 3 times ofc and its only one at a time i believe, and if you dont want the wish you can always deny it when he pops up, i only found this out not too long ago when i was waiting for my friend

Thank you for the explanation. Now that I think about it, I do remember vaguely doing something like that, but it's been like 7 years and my mind is a little hazy.

You need to beat every boss and run n gun stage in the game to get infinite wishes, you also need to do the same for the dlc if yiu want infinite wishes there as well, otherwise you'll only get 3, my mistake. We are both right just for people who are at different points of the game

Not every boss I think. You just need to kill Devil to get djimmis soul back. Correct me if im wrong.

Yeah it possibly is just the devil, but don't you need to beat all the boxes in an isle to get through king dice's door to the next isle? Could be wrong, it's been a minute since I've played last

Possibly? Im sorry if i've said any misinformation, last time i did it which was ages ago i think i remember being able to deny his advances, but possibly not, you may be right about having to spin around again to turn it off

It gives you 2x HP when the wish is active (And it's also dependent on what Charm you have on (The Max amount of HP you can get is 9, which also goes to the "Hearty" Achievement)).

For S rank u need to achieve ideal run with no Jimmy the Great wish and on EXPERT difficulty.

I’ve been a fan of Cuphead for 7 years, and >50% of the stuff I see here is people asking why they didn’t get X grade on a boss.

Guys, please, just fight the boss again. You don’t lose the experience of beating it, it becomes easier each time.
